White spots at 60/2 of the 100h

An interesting smear not mentioned by the Monograph is found at field 60 of the second plate of the 100h (POFIS no. 20). It is in fact a combination of two smears – one in the value tablet, the other above the bush. Stamps occur without any smear, or with only one or the other.

Field 60/2 also carries a Monograph plate flaw – a broken frame above the letter “P” of “POŠTA”.
