White spot at 97/1 of the 300h

One of the best-known smears of the Hradčany issue is the smear at field 97 of the first and only plate of the 300h (POFIS no. 23) – the so-called “little fork” running from the left dove into the space below St. Vitus cathedral.

Also noteworthy is a plate flaw not listed in the first Monograph, in the letter “L” of “Slovenská” – the letter L is joined by a white spot to the frame below it.
